Just eat Kale (getting your greens)

Pink is so much better! Today, I'm reminded (actually daily) that our light bodies need to remain light and indeed become lighter and lighter. The Angels are speaking of detoxification and purification and as such there are many aspects and topics here within to discuss. Today we will discuss food cravings. Food cravings often come from either a lack of nutrition in the diet or stress. In either case, eating nutrients will most certainly help you in both areas. Raw foods and supplements are a typical way to get the best nutrients. Ingesting super-foods is also beneficial. To know which foods or super-foods you need, ask your dream guides to show you during dreamtime. For me, this never fails, I'm almost nightly shown what to eat the next day, and what to avoid if I happen to be eating something that is not working for me. I love food, used to be a food addict, and I still work through cravings. The main thing that helps me, is micro-greens. I have found lately that when I take AFA Blue Green Algae, Spirulina and other greens, my cravings drop tremendously. Our body will often crave because it is trying to get a certain ingredient. Most people are not eating enough greens. For example, a chimpanzee's diet is 95% dark leafy green's, and their DNA is closest to ours. We need to eat two whole bunches of greens a day to get the right nutrients in our bodies. This could be one bunch of kale and one head of romaine lettuce. Sometimes it's difficult to consume that much roughage, which is why I will juice greens at times. Juicing greens is a very quick way to get a lot of nutrients into the body. Also, if you are coming down with a cold, juicing greens and alkalizing the body is the quickest way to get your body back to health. Juicing a diet of greens alone is a cancer cure. My juicer has been dormant in lieu of enjoying kale salads. Here's my kale salad recipe, which is very easy: 1 bunch of kale raw sesame seeds raw pumpkin seeds olive oil Bragg's amino liquids and toss! You can add raw onion and seaweed that has been soaked if you wish. Make sure you buy organic as organic foods have at least twice as many nutrients in them, plus organic tastes better. I don't measure, but go easy on the Bragg's because it's quite salty. Enjoy and we'll come back with more recipes soon! Love,
