Avoid the post-holiday hangovers!
Ok friends, it's almost the holidays and well, you have excuses to pig out. Truth be told, better to hold off on pigging out. I lost 100lbs by becoming a raw vegan in 2007. After giving birth four months ago, I obviously have had some baby weight to lose. My guides once again implored me to go raw a few weeks ago. I have lost about 17lbs in 3 weeks. I wasn't even keeping track, but someone put the scale in the kitchen today. So this is my shameless self-plug: If you want to get healthy and drop weight, book a session with me, it works! Why wait till after the holidays?
3 Awesome Products for you!
Hello Friends,
Here are 3 naturally amazing products to improve your health and well-being. I discovered these products by serendipity and have used all three and found great results in my energy levels. My Spirit guides then told me that I would share this information with others to help them heal, improve their energy and awaken to their fullest potential.
With love, Andria Wagner www.AngelPeace.com

1)Vitality made by NuSkin USA – Vitality is a mix of three plant materials which are formulated to increase energy and stimulate regeneration of the body. One of the ingredients is cordyceps. Read more here about cordyceps: http://superfoodu.com/cordyceps-mushrooms/ I took this product for over a year before I became pregnant for the third time. I noticed increased stamina, energy and concentration, as well as not needing to sleep as much. Vitality reverses aging by correcting negative gene expression.
2)Galvanic Spa made by NuSkin USA – The Galvanic Spa is a multi-use handheld facial tool. It fits in the palm of your hand and you use it about twice a week to give yourself an anti-aging facial. Besides making your face look younger and younger, the product stimulates acupressure points giving you and all-over body tune-up, improving the flow of energy, just by stimulating the points in the face. Men and women can benefit, but of course, it is mostly used by women (though the women I know who use it have shown how well it works to their husbands and the men start using it too). I bought this product after receiving a demo on just half of my face. At just age 33, I noticed major improvements after just one treatment such as; smoothing out of wrinkles, less puffiness, less gray color under the eyes, tighter pores, brighter skin and a brighter aura. Those who use it report compliments from many people wondering what they are doing differently as the results are very noticeable. The tool actually reverses aging of the skin and body. The gels used with the Galvanic also correct negative gene expression, literally shutting off aging factors in the body.
3)StemEnhance2 made by StemTech – Stem Enhance 2 is a capsule form of AFA Blue Green Algae and Cordyceps, plus two other active ingredients, which stimulate healing of the body. You will notice improved energy, stamina, and health almost immediately. With AFA, the function of Stem Enhance is different than Vitality (mentioned above). AFA is a super-food with many health benefits, you can read more here: http://www.indigochild.net/a_die_indigo_kinder_blaugruene_algen.htm
I took Stem Enhance 2 right after giving birth and I felt all of my energy come back into my body, it was the most immediate & amazing result I’ve felt. My vision came into focus, my mind cleared and I was incredibly present and brought back to “normal” right after the birth of my third son. I did not have this with my first two children, so to experience it right after the third was remarkable. Now, I am noticing that I have less cravings when I take it. My body is getting a lot of needed micro-nutrients from the AFA.

Homemade Raw Ice Cream...a great recipe to do with children
This could be eaten as a pudding, but I decided to freeze it. I will post later and let you know how it tastes.
I don't measure, but I will try to give estimates. The first step is to soak about a cup and a half of raw almonds overnight. The next day, peel the skin and rinse them, then put them in the Vita-Mix (kids love to help with this and they'll love to eat it). Then add some vanilla extract, again I don't measure, so just pray and add some. Add 3 large pitted dates and about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of soy lecithin, about a cup of frozen mango and one small orange. Add water to slightly covering, and blend on high for at least a minute. Then add four bananas, and then add a little more water if necessary, just for it to blend well. Blend till very smooth. Then pour into a freezer safe container and freeze. I ate some of this earlier without freezing it with some sprouted buckwheat. It's very sweet and filling, a nice break from salads and juicing. A few other good additions in this would have been coconut water instead of spring water as well as coconut meat. This would be a very good post-workout meal/snack/treat. Kids will love it too. It's also sweet enough that if you want to add a bunch of spirulina, it will still taste good. I will update the results later. Blessings,

Raw Soup...Magic
So last night I went to make dinner in the blender. A raw soup....carrots, sorrel, broccoli, a bell pepper, salt, Bragg's Amino Liquids, coconut oil, with apple cider vinegar. So I am tasting the soup, thinking, "Yuck" (raw broccoli is not my favorite flavor) and one of my housemates walks into the kitchen and sees my face, and says, "Good soup, eh?" And walks out of the room laughing at me. Then I decide to call my other housemate in, he's been a raw vegan for 11 years, hardcore raw vegan, and I knew he would like my soup. So I called him in, in he walks, yep, takes bite, and he says, "Mmm, it's good." I'm thinking, "Yeah, whatever." But at least I don't have to drink the whole thing, he's sharing it with me. So then he goes to get some spices and seasonings, some nutritional yeast and pizza spices and sesame seeds. So he shares the spices with me, and voila!!! The soup is now potable and much more enjoyable. You know what the lesson here for me is? The importance of community! I was not able to make that soup taste right because I didn't have the right seasonings, but that's why we have friends. So then my other housemate walks in and shares the soup and we're all laughing about how much better the soup tastes. It's about community! Community makes soup taste better!

Raw-spiration
Being a live food fan is an up and down lifestyle for food addicts like myself. Since many of my friends are not live food only fans, it can be challenging to stick to my intention to stay eating only live foods. I share this because it is a challenge for anyone who wants to stick to a plan of eating healthy foods only. If the intention is to feed the body live, nutritious foods, you would think that would be easy. Alas, in our world today, food, especially cooked food has great sentimental value especially in social settings. So today, my thoughts are around how one can stay inspired to eat only live, nutrient dense foods all the time.
For me, the biggest step is to make sure my kitchen is stocked of fresh, organic produce from the farmer's market. I tend to go twice a week and when I don't, my discipline suffers. Why, you ask? Live food tastes best when it's organic and fresh-picked. I find that fresh organic produce is at least ten times tastier than store-bought produce. If you've ever had a vegetable garden, you know what I mean.
The other inspiration is to spend time with those who eat this way. We can give each other ideas and support.
Another idea is meditation and dream recall as my Spirit Guides and dreams often tell me, remind me, encourage me to eat what my body needs in that moment. This helps me stay on track.
When I first became a raw vegan in 2007, my motivation was weight loss and energy, as well as spiritual/psychic development. I know how much weight you can lose, how much energy you can have, and how much it improves your effectiveness in this field of work. However, at times those motivations fail to inspire me and I find myself needing more inspiration to do what is best for my body. On that note, meditation on intention, self-love and writing are all ways to enhance one's ability to stay the course when forgiving and healing an addiction or habit.
Raw foods don't have to be complicated or take time, just a simple large glass of organic orange juice can make a person very very happy.
What inspires you to eat what your body needs versus what your body wants?
