Compassionate Mothering

As I listened to the Dalai Lama speak in the video below, I felt guided to share a few things. First, it is so good for him to mention that students' hearts need to be fed in schools. Second, I personally did not have a compassionate mother (I say this because I know many who also feel this way), yet as a mother, I was able to pull on my natural instincts to be a compassionate mother. There was and is an internal drive to be a different mother than the one I had when I was growing up. This remains true today. We cannot blame our parents for our lack of compassion. We as women, cannot make excuses. Women must drive the family in the right direction. Women must drive schooling children in the right direction. To all the women I know, including myself, who are divorced. To those of us who can only decide 50% of the time (at best) how our children are raised: We pray for solution, resolution and God's will to overcome all obstacles related to the old masculine domination in society which continues to rear our children in the old ways of old masculine world of fear, oppression, and competition. May that time end. For all the women I know (and do not yet know) who understand what I say here, it's important to do what you can, with what you have, to the extent that you can, despite the seemingly impossible task of undoing what happens the 50% of the time your children are not in your care. As a case manager, the stories I have heard and seen would make your blood boil, no matter your gender. I speak from personal and work experience when I say what I say. This is a time when the hearts of women must bear witness and endure more suffering. Women are fighting to keep their children, women are hoping to keep their children safe, and there is still too much resistance despite the many strides we as lightworkers are making in the higher dimensions. When we say that we create our reality, this is true. But for many of us, we are not in charge of at least 50% of our children's other reality. We can only create that loving reality for them 50% of the time. What happens the other part of the time, is often out of our hands. So for that time, we pray and hold space for our children and for each other. The karmic lessons of our children, of their souls, often determines how and why things are the way they are. It's important for each parent to understand this. While we can feel guilty, blaming ourselves or each other, one truth that exists is that each child has selected their parents, their karmic lessons and so forth. For many of us, this is very hard to witness. For those parents and children, we pray for love to infuse the situation from all directions of time and space. For all women who suffer, and for all those who ignore, we pray. For all children who are in suffering, we pray. I say this with great conviction: Most people, especially those in the western world, have no concept of the kind of suffering of women and children of which I speak. This suffering is on the whole, ignored. Most of the world, and most certainly most of the men of this world, turn a blind eye and a deaf ear. If you are a conscious lightworker, or if you think you are, you have a responsibility. There is a call. If you cannot hear the calls of those in suffering, you have not tuned into the channel of compassion. From experience, I know that many lightworkers turn off this channel because the pain is too hard to bear. I say again with conviction that it is much harder to be the one in suffering. Remember your compassion. Lightwork is not about looking pretty or making yourself out to look proper. Many lightworkers think that they came into this lifetime to talk peace and love. This is true. But we did not come in to sit on our butts while people suffer. This is not the teaching of any Master. Caroline Myss' words are ringing in my ear: "Who do you think you are? What kind of spiritual arrogance is that?" You cannot talk peace and love and then turn your head and ignore the suffering of women and children. That is being recorded. Each action and inaction is recorded. If you wish to continue to not walk your talk, your real power will be dismantled and you cannot continue to call yourself a servant of God, nor a lightworker. Go back to being a normal person, but do not attempt to wear the cloak of a holy person while you disregard suffering to maintain your own comforts and selfish desires. Again, Teresa of Avila and Caroline Myss' voices are ringing. There are a lot of people pretending. Many of them are lightworkers. Women have a cross to bear in this lifetime. Women must move forward. Women must make changes in the world. If men want to help and join, excellent, but women must not waste more time waiting for men to join or follow. Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama have both spoken publicly about this topic, about the need of women to move forward without the men. This is what is required now. When it is time, the right-minded men of the world will join us. For now, most of them are not ready and indeed, most of them are trying to get in the way (consciously or unconsciously), afraid of losing control and power and still attempting to keep women out of their power(sexually, physically, mentally, emotionally, verbally and financially). Women need to wake up to this and fearlessly make decisions to move forward despite the hardships we face. A compassionate mother is love. Love is sometimes also tough love. Roses are lovely, but sometimes we need our swords and shields. It's just the time we are living in. My advice at this time: Check in with Archangel Michael to make sure you are aligned with your divine life purpose. Check in and ask him to clear your ego blocks, fear thoughts and self-imposed limitations. Check in and make sure your vision and heart are clear. Simply put: Archangel Michael, please make sure I'm not sitting on my butt while people are suffering, I know that's not why I'm here. Please light the fires under our butts so we get to our mission in life. Please destroy all illusion blocking this truth. May everyone be willing to see what they are responsible for, especially if they are a lightworker. Thank you God, so be it! To be continued...
